These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "Player", "User", "You") and dbk66 (hereinafter "dbk66", "the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the dbk66 website located at https://dbk66.app and all associated services, games, betting markets, promotional programmes, and features offered through the platform.

By accessing, registering on, depositing funds into, or otherwise using the dbk66 platform in any capacity, you confirm that:

Access to and use of the dbk66 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you satisfy each of the following conditions at all times during your use of dbk66:

Minimum Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, deposit funds, place bets, or participate in any game or promotion on dbk66. This minimum age requirement is absolute and non-negoti able. dbk66 employs age verification procedures as part of its KYC (Know Your Customer) process and reserves the right to request proof of age from any player at any time.

Identity & Verification

Single Account Rule

Each individual person may hold only one active account on the dbk66 platform. You may not register or operate multiple accounts, whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or via third parties acting on your behalf. Where duplicate accounts are identified, dbk66 reserves the right to close all related accounts, void all associated bets and bonuses, and withhold any outstanding balances pending investigation.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of these credentials. Account Activity Responsibility

You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your dbk66 account, whether carried out by you or by any unauthorised third party who gains access as a result of your failure to keep your credentials secure. dbk66 will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain adequate credential security.

KYC Verification

dbk66 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. Full KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal request is processed. The KYC process may require players to submit:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence);
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months);

Deposit Terms

All deposits made to your dbk66 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Currency & Exchange Rates

Player account balances at dbk66 are held in the account's nominated currency (BDT or INR). Where currency conversion is required — for example when accessing a game quoted in a different base currency — the applicable exchange rate will be displayed to the player prior to the transaction being confirmed. dbk66 accepts no liability for fluctuations in exchange rates between the time a bet is placed and the time winnings are processed.

dbk66 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), IPL season, Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses and promotions are governed by the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated alongside the individual offer.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to a dbk66 account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted into withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms. For example, a bonus subject to a 20x wagering requirement means that the player must wager an amount equal to 20 times the bonus value before a withdrawal of the associated winnings is permitted.

Bonus Validity & Expiry

All bonuses issued by dbk66 carry a validity period, stated in the individual promotion's terms. Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements must be utilised within this validity period. Any bonus funds remaining in your account after the validity period has expired will be automatically removed without compensation.

Game Contribution Rates

Different game categories contribute at different rates toward satisfying bonus wagering requirements. As a general guide:

• Slots: Typically contribute 100% of each bet toward wagering requirements;
• Live Casino (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack): Typically contribute a reduced percentage — check individual bonus terms;

Bonus Abuse

dbk66 reserves the right to void any bonus and withhold associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional terms. Suspected bonus abuse may result in account suspension and investigation.

Right to Withdraw or Modify Promotions

dbk66 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Changes to bonus terms will not affect bonuses that have already been credited to a player's account in good faith prior to the change taking effect.

All betting and gaming activity on the dbk66 platform is conducted in accordance with the rules of each individual game or betting market, as presented within the game interface or sportsbook. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the specific rules applicable to any game or market before placing a bet or wager. The following general betting and gaming rules apply across all products on the dbk66 platform.

Bet Placement & Confirmation

A bet or wager is considered placed and binding once it has been confirmed by the dbk66 system and a confirmation reference has been generated. Bets that have been confirmed cannot be cancelled, amended, or withdrawn by the player except where specifically permitted by the relevant product rules. It is the player's responsibility to verify the accuracy of all bet details — including selection, stake amount, and odds — before confirming a wager.

Insufficient Funds

dbk66 will not process any bet or wager where the player's account balance is insufficient to cover the full stake. Players must ensure their account balance is adequately funded before placing bets. dbk66 does not offer credit facilities of any kind.

Cricket & Sports Betting Rules

Cricket betting markets on dbk66 — covering BPL, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and other international cricket — are governed by standard international sports betting rules. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed in accordance with the rules of the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB, BCCI), dbk66 reserves the right to void affected markets and return stakes to the player's account balance. In-play (live) betting odds are subject to change in real time; the odds displayed at the precise moment of bet confirmation are the final binding odds for that wager.

Casino & Live Casino Rules

All casino and live casino games on the dbk66 platform are supplied by certified third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live. Each game operates according to its provider's published rules and a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealing process. dbk66 does not manipulate game outcomes. In the event of a game malfunction — including software error, connection failure, or any technical interruption — the affected game round may be voided and any stakes returned to the player's account. Bets placed during a malfunction period do not create any entitlement to winnings based on a displayed but incomplete outcome.

Intellectual Property

All content on the dbk66 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, text, and software — is the intellectual property of dbk66 or its licensed providers. Players may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any dbk66 content without prior written consent.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dbk66 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen, cloned, or otherwise fraudulent payment methods to deposit funds, or engaging in any form of payment fraud or chargeback abuse;

• Hacking & Exploitation: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the dbk66 platform, its systems, or another player's account; exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Automated Betting: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to place bets or interact with the dbk66 platform in an automated manner without explicit written consent from dbk66;
• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one player account on the dbk66 platform, whether under your own identity or a false identity;
• Underage Gambling: Registering an account or placing bets while under the age of 18;
• Threatening or Abusive Behaviour: Engaging in threatening, abusive, harassing, or offensive communication directed at dbk66 staff or other players through any channel.

dbk66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested;
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity associated with the account;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the player's financial institution;
• At the request of the player for self-exclusion under dbk66's Responsible Gaming programme;
• Where dbk66 is required to do so by applicable law, court order, or regulatory requirement;
• Account inactivity — accounts that show no login or transactional activity for an extended period may be subject to an inactivity review.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their dbk66 account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting [email protected] with a written request. Prior to account closure, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed to the player's verified withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC and anti-money laundering checks. Bonus funds that have not met their applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. dbk66 will make reasonable attempts to contact the account holder via the registered email address before applying any dormancy policy. Players with dormant accounts are advised to contact [email protected] to reactivate their account and recover any remaining eligible balance.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dbk66 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the dbk66 platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service. dbk66's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming principles. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the dbk66 platform that cannot be resolved through direct communication with the dbk66 support team should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. dbk66 will endeavour to resolve all disputes in good faith within a reasonable timeframe.
